Working at Autumn Years Care means you wont just be treated like an employee but rather like you were a part of our family. The company was founded on the foundations of treating both staff and clients alike in a dignified and respectful way.
We are fully aware that for us to provide only the very best Home Care available, we have to have the very best Care Workers working for us. When we say we are in the business of creating smiles daily, we don’t just mean for our lovely clients, but also for all of our amazing staff.
We are proud to pay not just a living wage but a very decent wage of £12 per hour to all of our Home Care Workers, because we know the work you do is so important and vital that you should be paid highly, just as you deserve to be.
We are always on the look out for great Care Workers to come and join our family, however we also understand that a positive attitude and willingness to learn is just as important as previous experience, therefore FULL TRAINING is provided to both experienced and non-experienced new starters, to ensure standards are kept very high.
Everyone here at Autumn Years Care works as one team, with one goal in mind, to provide the very best Home Care around, so if you would like to come in for a chat and a coffee to discuss working at Autumn Years Care, we would love to hear from you.
